If getting a second Jazz, I'd go for Deluxe for active electronics just to give you something different. Reading the description - block inlays, bound neck, rolled fingerboard edges, and a host of other upgrades over the Standard. Makes the Deluxe a no-brainer if the same price. Unless you don't like those things.
