I do not care what COD4 fanboys say. MW2 was THE Call of duty experience. On consoles, it probably was. On PC it was the Call of Duty known for removing dedicated servers and mod support, replacing it with a matchmaking mess IWnet. And campaign went from a pretty logical to ape-shit crazy turbo-general russia-is-evil pseudostory.
1.Download this file and extract it to your desktop. 2.then open the folder there should be 4 or 5 files inside. 3.put them in your "main" folder (i couldnt figure out what exact folder it needed to go in so i 4.put it in all of them and it seemed to work but try that at fist) 5.then when you launch the game it will ask you to run in safe mode

The Call of Duty games up until Modern Warfare 3 or so all had pretty lackluster sound design, in the sense that everything would often become a blur of treble.
