The two-seat Fiat 124 Spider has comfortable and nicely padded seats, but head- and legroom are tight for tall drivers and passengers. That being said, this is the norm for the sports car segment . Cloth seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel are standard; heated leather seats and Recaro sport seats are available.
Car is a sand/goldish color. Paint is showing some signs of wear. I'd say go with the FIAT 124 since you already like it a bit better. The FIAT is turbo and probably sounds better while driving so it's probably more fun than the Mazda anyways :)

The 1981 Fiat 124 Spider was fitted with a 2.0 liter twin-cam inline four-cylinder engine which produced 102 horsepower and 110 lb ft of torque. I am no Fiat expert but this seems to be a fun car to drive with its 5-speed manual transmission. My brother who owned a used Fiat 124 Spider in the 1980’s does not have any good memories of his car.
